The Legends at Willow Creek welcomes your four legged friends to our community.

There is a 2 pet maximum per unit.

THE FOLLOWING DOG BREEDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED:

• Akita
• Australian Cattle Dog
• Basenji
• Basset Hound
• Belington Terrier
• Bernese
• Bloodhound
• Boxer
• Bulldog
• Chow
• Dalmatian
• Doberman Pincher
• Elkhound
• Foxhound
• German Shepard
• Great Dane
• Greyhound
• Husky
• Keeshond
• Malamute
• Mastiff
• Pit Bull
• Pointer
• Rottweiler
• Staffordshire Terrier
• Saint Bernard
• Saluki
• Weimaraner

All "mixed/mutt" breeds must have certification from a licensed D.V.M. of the actual breed mix.  Unfortunately, The Legends at Willow Creek does not accept any mix/mutt breeds containing any of the above listed breeds.

Dogs must be at least one year old and must be spayed or neutered.

Cats that are at least one year old are welcome and must be spayed or neutered.

Reptiles or exotic pets are not allowed.

Security deposit is increased by $450.00 per pet and is due prior to move-in.  There is also an additional monthly pet rent for each dog or cat.
